Millers Glen is a quality development of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. The project comprises a mixed-use development at Millers Glen, Oldtown, in Swords Co. Dublin, along with a new public civic space, ‘Millers Square’.
The Project
The 28 Apartments are a Part V scheme for The Iveagh Trust and are delivered in two neighboring blocks. The development includes a large commercial unit, along with 3 separate retail units & a Creche facility.
The project included tilt and turn windows, rebated doors, and a curtain wall system all in Aluminium material, installed by Frames Direct Trade partner. The chosen window XT66 Tilt and Turn internally glazed high spec system offers large open-in vent options up to 3.0 m in height and can accommodate glazing units of up to 48mm in depth. They are an ideal solution to high rise buildings allowing safe and easy cleaning from within.
The TS66 Rebated Door is secure and sustainable with internally glazed as standard for enhanced security performance.

This latest development at Millers Glen will bring the total number of Iveagh Trust Homes in the Swords area to over 150.
